I founded Omnia Exec to help leaders close the gap between strategy and execution. After years as a Chief Experience Officer and Vice President in marketing and operations, I saw how often great ideas stalled because teams, processes, and systems weren’t in sync.

At Omnia Exec, we partner with executives to optimize Hive and the teams behind it — streamlining how work gets done so leaders can step out of daily operations and focus on what matters most: strategy, innovation, and people.

With more than 15 years in marketing, communications, and transformation leadership, I’ve learned that success comes from aligning people, processes, and platforms. When those three move together, teams execute with confidence, leaders gain visibility, and organizations see real results from their tools and technology investments.
