I love marrying strategy with execution!

I founded Omnia Exec LLC, a boutique business management firm, to work alongside executives to systematize the way work gets done so they can get out of operations, focus on profit-generating activities, scale the organization and keep happy team members. As Chief Experience Officer, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Deposit Operations -- just to name a few past leadership positions -- I know first-hand that activating strategy, enabling collaboration and building resiliency and agility are imperatives for organizations to thrive.

With more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communication strategy, operations, project and change management, and business transformation, my team partners with purpose-driven, service-oriented executives and organizations to make their lives easier and help drive business forward. 

As a seasoned executive, I especially love optimizing experiences and returning value to financial services organizations and nonprofits. My diverse tenure with a small asset-size credit union, one of the top 10 largest credit unions and system partners has uniquely positioned us to serve organizations and associations in the credit union movement.
