If we decide to move forward with a signed agreement, the next step will be our discovery call, and the rest will follow.
Every project has its own unique needs, timelines and complexity. A timeline will be determined after we discuss your project details during your consultation call and provided in your project proposal.
Expedited projects are possible but are based on our availability and other projects in the pipeline. An additional fee is charged for rush projects depending on the shortened timeline and project scope.
An initial deposit is due after signing our agreement, and final payment is due before delivering the final deliverable(s). The initial deposit covers the setup fee and reserves time on our calendar to complete your project. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and a range of digital payment options.
Yes, of course! Your feedback is welcome and necessary. We'll stay connected with agreed upon communication touch points throughout the project, and you will have opportunities to provide feedback.
